Refund Policy | IELTS Writing Checker

Paid members who take an official IELTS test after paid access begins may request a refund if they are not satisfied with their IELTS Writing result. No reason or minimum score is required, subject to the eligibility and evidence requirements below.

IELTS Writing result satisfaction refund

If you become a paid member and then take an official IELTS test, you may request a refund of the qualifying paid-plan charges if you are not satisfied with your IELTS Writing result. The refund covers monthly subscription charges, 1-month access-pass purchases, or 1-year access-pass purchases in the continuous paid-access period linked to the qualifying test. This voluntary promise is in addition to any refund rights provided by applicable law.

Eligible test window

The official IELTS test date must be on or after the date your paid access first became active and no later than one calendar month after that continuous paid access expires. If a monthly plan renews without a break, the window is measured from the final expiry date after cancellation. The person named in the IELTS result photo or screenshot showing the Writing score must be the paid account holder.

How to request the refund

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and attach a clear photo or screenshot of your IELTS results showing the Writing score. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with your IELTS Writing result. We request the image only to verify the official test, test taker, test date, and Writing score.

Fake or altered result images

Do not submit forged or altered result photos or screenshots. If we find that an account has submitted fake or tampered evidence, that account permanently loses eligibility for this voluntary IELTS Writing result satisfaction refund. Any refund rights required by applicable law still apply.

Refund processing

After eligibility is confirmed, the qualifying paid-plan charges will be returned to the original payment method. No proof of study activity or minimum IELTS score is required.

Stop monthly renewals

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time. You will keep paid access until the end of the current paid month, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current payment. An eligible IELTS Writing result satisfaction refund remains available under the requirements above.

1-year access pass

The 1-year plan is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically and expires 1 year after the purchase date.

Other billing and refund rights

For billing questions, duplicate charges, payment errors, or a refund required by law, email [email protected] from the email linked to your account. Paid-plan charges outside the IELTS Writing result satisfaction refund remain non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
