Cancel before your free trial ends
Open your account and select Manage subscription before the trial end date shown there. You will not be charged, and your trial access will end when the cancellation is confirmed.
After a payment has been processed
Payments are non-refundable, including the first charge after a free trial and monthly or yearly renewal charges, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Stop future renewals
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. You will keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current payment.
Billing help
If you have a billing question or believe a refund is required by law, email info@ieltswritingchecker.org from the email linked to your account. Include your receipt if you have it. Any refund required by law will be returned to your original payment method.
