Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 7.5

The response gives a well-organised and largely comprehensive account of the principal changes, including the new beaches, turbines, apartments, leisure facilities, and car park, while also noting features that remained. The overview is rather general, and a few descriptions are imprecise, particularly the claim about two tennis courts and the awkward account of the shops. Make the overview more specific and keep every location and facility label exact.
