Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.0

The response identifies several relevant future challenges and uses a clear paragraph structure with some strong environmental detail. However, the proposed solutions are brief, unclear, and sometimes counterproductive, while the transport and education problems are not fully explained. The priority is to pair each precisely defined problem with a practical, developed solution and explain how that measure would address it.
