Why this response received Band 6.0
The response has a clear cause-and-solution structure and offers relevant conservation measures, including education and consumption-based charges. However, the explanation of rising household use relies almost entirely on one broad claim about modern appliances, and frequent awkward word choices reduce precision. Develop two distinct causes with clear causal reasoning and support each proposed measure with a specific explanation of how it would reduce domestic demand.
