Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 5.5

The response is strongest when explaining how higher education can broaden social contact and develop communication skills, and its main ideas are easy to follow. Its central limitation is that the talent-exposure argument becomes indirect and implausibly broad, while frequent awkward collocations and grammatical errors reduce precision; the highest priority is to develop two clearly relevant reasons with specific, credible explanations and examples.
