Why this response received Band 7.0
The response offers a substantial range of relevant measures for governments and citizens, showing good command of the topic and generally clear language. Its main limitation is organisation: the entire discussion forms one long paragraph, which blurs the distinction between regulation, public services, and individual behaviour; prioritise clear paragraphing and explain more directly how each proposed action reduces waste production or improves disposal.
