Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 8.0

The essay provides an exceptionally clear and accurate description of the changes between the current and proposed shopping centre layouts. Its primary strength lies in its logical structural organization and precise spatial vocabulary. To reach an even higher level, the writer could make more nuanced comparative observations between the two floors rather than treating Level 1 and Level 2 entirely separately.
