Sample Response
Currently, many people claim that price is the most significant factor when people want to buy a good or service. I strongly disagree with this statement, because many other factors, such as sustainability and practicability, can alsoalso can influence purchasing decisionsconsumers’ consumption.
The first reason is that sustainability is a very important factor inof shopping. This is because when people pay for goodsgood or services, they may considerthink whether this product is environmentally sustainable as more people have an awareness of environmental protection. Moreover, many governments begin to set targetsmake goals to protect the environment. As a result, more people choose eco-friendly products in modern society. For example, in many countries, many people want to buy electric cars to save fuel as traditional cars usually have pollution issuesproblems of pollution.
Another reasoncause is that many people believe that practicability is a necessary factor when buying goods or servicesbuying a good or service, since they do not want to buy unnecessary and useless products. If people want to buy a product, they will check whether the product suits them, to avoid some issues such as poor fit and discomfortoversized and discomfort, which in turn results in practicability becoming an important factor. For instance, if people want to buy a T-shirt, they will try it in a fitting room and then decide whether to purchase it because many people do not want to buy uncomfortable clothes.
In conclusion, I believe that price is not the most important factorfactors of shopping because sustainability and practicability can also influence people’s shopping decisionsdecisions of shopping. Therefore, I am firmly convinced that people should not consider price alone when making purchasing decisions.
