Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.5

The response presents a clear preference for change and supports both viewpoints with relevant examples, while its paragraph sequence is easy to follow. Its main limitation is that several claims remain broad or only loosely connected to the precise issue, and frequent unnatural word choices reduce precision. The highest-priority improvement is to develop each view more directly, explaining why stability or change benefits people before illustrating the point with a tightly matched example.
