It is important that a company or an organisation shows a positive image to the public. It is partly true, but of course, each company and the organisation has its own rules that must be obeyed.

To conclude, I believe that the companies or organisations who regularly deal with customers directly and are in contact with people all the time can better their appearance and impact on customers by introducing uniforms to their employees.

Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.5

The response presents a clear, relevant position and develops two sensible reasons for customer-facing organizations to use uniforms, with generally logical progression. Its main limitation is uneven language control: frequent agreement, article, possessive, and collocation errors reduce precision, while the counterargument is only briefly handled. Prioritize revising sentence-level grammar and natural word combinations, then deepen the response to the objection before reaffirming the qualified conclusion.
