The maps describe the changes occurring to a conference centrea center between 2010 and 2025.
It is apparent that the center will experience relatively comprehensive modernization with the alteration of existing spacesmodification of some old places and the construction of several new facilitiesmultiple new rooms. However, there are the two roomsa number of areas that are going to remain unchanged.
In 2010, the center had a simple design with seven areas, including two rooms, a reception area, a hall, a car park and two gardens. The rooms, located in the top left-hand corner of the center, were immediately next to the hall and the reception. The reception was adjacent todirectly connected to one of the gardens, while the other garden was to the east of the L-shaped car park.
In 2025, the rooms in the northwestern corner will undergo no change, but the hall and the reception will be enlarged while the car park will be relocated and the eastern garden removeddue to the relocation of the car park and the demolition of the eastern garden. In additionAs a result, a new residence hall with a capacity of 20 rooms will also be erected, standing next to the old hall. The car park will be moved eastwards and enlargedmoved south-eastwards and shrink, while the old garden right beside it will grow in width. Along the southern edge of the gardenTo the front of this garden, a variety of new facilities will be built, namely an IT center, a canteen, a kitchena canteen and kitchen, two meeting rooms, a game room and a music room.
Why this response received Band 7.5
The response is well organised and gives a comprehensive, mostly accurate account of both layouts, supported by clear spatial detail and a strong range of language. Its main limitation is occasional imprecision in describing relationships and changes, particularly the causal link between relocated features and the exact position of the new facilities. Refine those spatial descriptions and foreground the most substantial transformations more explicitly.
