Overall, the recycling falls into three stages: bottle collecting and processing, plastic pellet generation, and end product production. Plastic bottles are collected and sorted from bins to produce compressed blocks; these; These blocks are then processed into plastic pellets, from which new plastic goods are made.
In the initial stage, plastic bottles deposited intodumped in bins are collected by machinery, sorted at the recycling centre and compressed into blocks. Next, the blocks go through crushing before being washed to produce plastic pellets.
