Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.0

The response clearly prefers change and uses personal examples to contrast habitual behaviour with trying new experiences. Its main limitation is that the comparison stereotypes people who prefer stability and provides little fair analysis of that approach, while frequent language errors disrupt clarity; the priority is to present genuine advantages and drawbacks of both lifestyles before using the swimming example to justify the final preference.
