Dear Sir or Madam, I took a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Melbourne on 16th March on Royal Dutch Airlines and lost my suitcase. I am writing to get an update regarding this and hoping you would help me locate the lost luggage.
Dear Sir or Madam, I was one of the passengers who took the flight from Narita, Tokyo to Heathrow, London on 7th September. Unfortunately, my suitcase was lost and I could not find it after I arrived at Heathrow Airport.
