Many people believe that people are born god gifted were, have lots of talents, and are capable of leading from the front. Whereas others believe that leadership sill can develop. In my opinion, I agree with the latter viewlatter form of rational. This essay will elaborate on both views, and thus it will lead to a logical conclusion.
There is no doubt that people are talented and have achieved a lot if their dream come true. Many of the artists also perform in realities show and showshows their skills to the world. On the other hand, people say that every person is born the same as others and they believe that hard work pays offhard works pay off. In today’s generationIf we see in today’s generation, a successful persona person having successful life also has faced many strugglesholds a lot of struggle and hard work and skills thatwhich they have developed to reach that point. For instance, Sachin Tendulkar used to practisewas used to practicing cricket 10 to 12 hours a day; whether it was sunny or rainywhether it was a sunny day or rainy day, he continued practisingkept his practice on. That’s the reason he is leading from the front now.
In my opinion, the journey of a successful person comes with lots of hard work as they are born the same as others.
To conclude according to the argument aforementioned one can reach to the conclusion is that every people are born equally, but it depends on some people are able to catch very soon where others take a very long time to catch which makes a difference of born leader naturally or need a lot of hard work and skills to develop.
