Why this response received Band 6.0
The response has a clear four-paragraph structure and addresses both the causes of low local attendance and possible remedies. Its main limitation is that several ideas remain vague or are expressed through inaccurate word choices and faulty sentence structures, especially in the conclusion. The highest-priority improvement is to develop each proposed measure more precisely while revising sentences for grammatical completeness and natural collocation.
