Domestic use is low in percentage across all regionscontinents. In detail, Central Asia allocates 88% of its water resources to agriculture and merely 5% to industrial use. Africa, South East Asia, and South America follow a similar pattern, in whichpattern that the vast majoritypredominant proportion of water is used forin agriculture (above 70%) and only a small percentage goes to industryonly a small percentage in industry (between 7% and 12%).
