In contemporary society, the international support for developing countries is an issue that few can afford to ignore. Opinions are divided between those who believe that financial support isfinancial supports are crucial and those who maintain that practical actions and suggestions are more necessary. While there is some valuevalues in each perspective, I find the latter more convincing.

To begin with, this position is grounded in both sound reasoning and practical considerations. One of the strongest arguments in its favour is that practical assistancepractical helpful actions and advice provides developing countries with new technology and experts. This reasoning carries considerable weight because it is the most effective and directdirective way for these underdeveloped countries to deal with actual issues they are facing, thereby strengthening the case for this position. A growing body of research lends support to the conclusion that financial aidsupports can only enable underdeveloped countries to buymake underdeveloped countries be able to buy new technological equipment from other countries, but cannot ensure these are appropriate for their real situations. A further consideration that warrants closer examination is that rather than developing countries are not able to use this financial supportspend these financial supports efficiently, and they need more expertexperimental suggestions from international organizations to avoid wasting limited resources. The logic underpinning this point is that rather than offering money to them and letting them spend it onlet them spend on irrelevant or wrong fields, providing practical aid and advice is more vital for achieving a breakthroughmaking a breakstone. It is only by considering these two factors together that we can fully appreciate the strength of this argument.

Compelling though this position may be, the opposing view also has its merits. One potential objection is that different countries have various development challengestraits on their developing issues, a concern that arises from the fact that the practical aid or advice offered by international organisations may not be adapted to underdeveloped countries. On closer examination, however, a fundamental flaw in the logic of this argument becomes apparent: practical supportsupports and advice can also be based on actual situations. The explanation for this lies in the fact that international organisations can provide different countries with different approaches through thoroughenough research and surveys. This advantageproblem becomes particularly evident when we consider that China gathered different countries to support underdeveloped countries with technology, experts, workforce Deleteand so on . In light of this limitation, the opposing view, while understandable, does not carry enough weight to be decisive.

4

In conclusion, although this issue remains a matter of debate, the position that practical aid and advice from international organisations arethat practical aid and advice from international organisations stands out as the more balanced and practical one.

Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.0

The essay presents a clear overall position favoring practical aid over financial support, supported by a sufficient word count and relevant main ideas. However, the response relies heavily on repetitive template phrases and fails to fully elaborate on the arguments in favor of financial aid as a distinct viewpoint. To raise the overall quality, focus on thoroughly developing both sides of the debate using tailored explanation rather than generic formulaic expressions.
