Sample Response
Some believe that people will purchase a product based on their needs, and advertising is not needed. I largely disagree, because people might purchase certain products if they need them, but without the ads, it is hard for people to get more information about the goods and buy better products.
It is normal that people purchase a product on their needs. For example, if people are going to cook, but they find they lack potsthey lack of pots, this will remind them that they need to buy a new pot for cooking. In this situation, ads are not needed. But this is only part of the picture; mostpicture, for most of the time, people are not able to realise that they need something new. For instance, if people have never heard of a cleaning robot, it is hard for them to buy it. Because the cleaning robot is not a basic need for people. But with the help of advertising, people have the opportunity to get to know and buy a cleaning robot, which decreases their fatigue.which decrease their tiredness.
However, advertising is needed or useful only when it is authenticreal. Nowadays, we can see different kinds of ads. Unfortunately, there are many misleading advertisementsfake ads, which give some wrong information about their products. For example, they might say that consumers can use their products for about 10 years. But in fact, consumers can use themyou can use it for only 2 years, due to their quality problems. All in all, the negative part of ads is less significant than their positive impact.than its positive part. With advertising, people have the opportunity to know the world's best products, which can broaden people's horizons, and provide them with better products.
In conclusion, I largely disagree with the view that advertising is not needed. In contrast, advertising can provide people with new information, which can not only broadenwhich not only can broaden people's horizons, but also can help people to buy the best products in their categories around the world to improve their lives significantly, but the advertising needs to be real first.
