In the present day, an issue about social networking communities has become a major topic of discussion. Opinions about the effects of social networking community are divided between those who argue that it has negatively influenced both residents and societies and those who disagree with this point. From my perspective, I contend firmly in favor of the latter view. I admit social networking sites have brought some negative impacts, but the advantages of them are more significant and beneficial for both the present and the futureboth today and future.

2

To begin with, the former point with which I disagreeformer point which I disagree is grounded in reasonable considerations. One of the strongest arguments in its favour is that using social networking communities causes people to waste a lot of time that could be spent learningwaste people plenty of time to learn new skills or develop themselves. This can be proved clearlymagnificantly since an increasing number of individuals spendspent over half of their day scrolling on social communities online, which has also resulted in the situation that people have gradually lost their interactions with others in real life, thereby strengthening the case for this position. However, a concern that arises from the fact that it has become more convenient for individuals to find people who have similar interests and goals with them and make new friends on social networks. The Internet bridges the barrier of distance and timegap of religion and time. The explanation for this lies in the fact that people usually find it difficultfeel hard to find close friends or soulmatesclosed friends or soul mate in real life due to limited social circles. By contrast, social networking sites provide users with various approaches to construct their social networks. Especially it is helpful for the people who are introvertedintrovert or too shy to make new friends, and has brought benefits for disabled individualsdisable residents to find friends who can feel what they are feeling, and who have experienced the challenges which they are struggling with right now. Even though there are some negative issues about social networks, the positive impacts are more crucial than these challenges.

A further consideration that social networking sites provide an increasing number of people with innovative job opportunities. The logic underpinning this point is that these social media platforms provide a vast amount of information and resourcesinclude numerous information and resources, which can create more and more opportunities for individuals. As we can see, faced with a fiercely competitive job marketfacing to severely competitive unemployment situation, many young people choose to be an independent bloggersblogger, work for themselves and earn money. This is a popular trend in today’s society, which not only offers various job opportunities, but also helps governments alleviate employment pressurerelease much more employment pressure, and be beneficial for resolving potential social conflict problems. For instance, if these young people do not find a good job, they would be under severe stressin deep stresses from financial situation, families and society. It is likely to lead to psychological and mental health issues, which would be a potentially destabilizing factorpotential unstable factor for societies. Therefore, the social networks have more positive impacts on both individuals and societies than negative onesone. It is only by considering these two factors together that we can fully appreciate the strength of this standpoint.

4

In conclusion, although this issue remains a matter of debate, the position that social networking sitessits have brought more positive development to both residents and societies stands out as the reasonable and crucial one.
