Overall, the village is set to develop with better infrastructure and more amenities for visitorsattractions for tourists visiting the village.

Transport in the village is set to improve and the village housing will be reorganized. A new railway track is planned to be constructed which stretches from the south near Lynwich northwards towardsstretches from down near Lynwich, to up north towards Bunborough village, after which it continues toward the northnorht-eastern direction. Along with this, a new road is to be constructedpaved. This provides another connection from Bunborough to the road that travels towards Lynwich. The two houses between the river and the road areis set to be relocated to the north of the main roadreconstructed above the road to make way for the railway track; additionally, a new seventh housetrack, a new seventh house is to be constructed as well.

In terms of tourism, there will be significant developmentsmassive improvements to the village. The fishing port piers will be replacedTwo fishing ports will be replaced by a long promenade. Furthermore, two new hotels are planned to be built, one near the promenade, the other adjacent to the road near the beachthe other near the beach.
