Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 7.0

The response answers both questions directly and uses a clear cause-and-effect structure, with relevant explanations of lifestyle, diet, health, and productivity. Its main weakness is the recurring imprecision in collocation, articles, plurals, and comparative forms, while some examples are asserted too confidently. The highest-priority improvement is to edit for natural grammatical phrasing and support examples with more carefully qualified claims.
