Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in response to a letter that I received recently stating that my insurance premium would increase from July 2020. I do not believe the increase is rational and hence would like you to reconsider it.
Dear Sir or Madam, Yesterday I received a letter from your company regarding a decision to increase the monthly car insurance premium by 15% effective from next month. I, however, feel that the decision is one-sided and contradicts the interests of your customers.
