Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 5.5

The response answers both questions and offers a recognisable explanation for the appeal of foreign films alongside practical reasons for government support. However, development is uneven, paragraphing is absent, and frequent grammatical and collocational errors reduce precision and fluency. The highest-priority improvement is to organise the two answers into separate developed paragraphs and edit each sentence for complete, accurate grammatical structure.
