It is widely believedit is frequently believed that some people have inherited talents and skills for specific activities (careersCarriers, sports, arts, etc.)etc). Their success is considered to be a result of their genetic characteristics and talents. On the other handOn the hand there is a view thata point of view that anyone can achieve theirhis goals through training, practising and perseveringpracticing and trying. The importance of inborn talents isare clearclear and explicit. There are many examples of people whoexamples of who have significantly higher abilities than others in a specific areain specific area. For example the genius and talent of Maradonna as one of the greatestbiggest footballers until now, has been widely accepted. Mozart had an innate talent for musical compositionan inherited talent in music as a composer. No one could composebuild those symphonies without an inborn genius and talent. On the other hand there are many people whothat don't have any talent in some disciplines and fields but they overcome this lack of talent bythrough working hard and being motivated. But definitely there are some disciplines or fields that talent is essentialtalent is critically needed. Like singing that needs a good God given voice. In my opinion, although genetics and inborn abilities are critically important, hardworking and motivated people can compensate for their lack of talent. It doesn't need to mention that all talented people would not be prosperous and successful. Many people waste their talents and sometimes they die without knowing them.

Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 5.5

The response gives a clear opinion and recognises both perspectives, with specific examples supporting the importance of innate ability. However, the training-based view is briefly asserted rather than fully explained, and the response falls below the expected length, while frequent awkward or inaccurate language weakens precision. The highest priority is to develop the second view with a clear explanation and example, then proofread for sentence completeness and accurate word choice.
