In the modern eraIn this modernisation era, modes of transport havetransportation modes have turned the whole world into a small villageinto small villages. Presently, some peoplemasses assert that spending a significant amount on faster modes of public transportthe fastest transportation modes is necessary. In contrast, others say that the government must spenduse the money on other prioritiesfactors such as cost reduction and environmental conservation. Here, I would like. I would like to accord both viewpoints with my perception.

To begin with, it could be argued that providing citizens with faster forms of public transportation can bring specific benefitshas brought about specific benefits. Firstly, more rapid forms of transport help people, particularly commuters, reduce travel timedownsize travelling time to and from work. Therefore, people will have more leisure time, which will increase their productivity at worktheir work productivity. Secondly, people are less likely to be packed in cramped and hot buses by adopting the various modes of conveyance. As a result, one would not be in need to rush to get to work on time or get up so early to get a seat on a bus, and consequently, they will have more time to prepare before going to work or school or to enjoy their breakfast with their family.

Innumerable points can be mentioned to support the opposing view mentioned earlier. Initially, the government should spend money on anthe eco-friendly transport system. Specifically, excessive personal vehicle use depletesreduces natural resources such as oil and other fuelsoil, fuel, and others, so it is imperative to provide eco-friendly modes of transportmake eco-friendly modes for people. Thus, more eco-friendly transport optionsmore eco-friendly sources mean less traffic and less air contamination, which is beneficialfruitful for the environment. Moreover, in this inflation era, the government must reduce transport costsdeduce the transportation cost so that anyone can use public transporttake public transport service and the prices of food and other necessities dependent on transport do not augment. Other than that, other crucial fields the government should focus on are healthcare, drinking water and education.

4

To reiterate, I believe that there are many long-term benefits of improved methods of transportation. Still, we cannot be oblivious to its impacts on cost and the environment.

Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.5

The response covers both spending priorities and maintains a broadly logical structure, with relevant reasons about journey times, environmental protection, and affordability. Its main limitation is imprecise development and wording, which sometimes weakens the logic of otherwise useful points. The highest priority is to state a sharper comparative opinion and support each claim with precise cause-and-effect explanation and natural vocabulary.
