The pie chart and table illustrate the findings ofdescribe data about a survey of library users at a university. Overall, full-time students account for the majority of library users, whereas approximately a third of usersa third users are staff and other types of studentsother learning type students. Moreover, the vast majority of respondents were satisfied with the library’s services, while only a small proportion were dissatisfied with some of its services. It can be seen from the pie chart that the library is used by five5 groups of people. Specifically, full-time undergraduates make up the largest proportion of users, at 44%, andat 44% and the second group of users is full-time postgraduates, at 25%full-time postgraduate at 25%. In addition, part-time postgraduates make up 16% of the total, which is double the figure for distance learning students (8%)for distance learning (all courses). Finally, academic staff represent the smallest group, accounting for just 7%. The table shows that 65% of users are very satisfied with the library opening hours, compared with 95% who feel the same about staff helpfulnesscompared with 95% of helpfulness of staff. Furthermore, nobody expressed dissatisfaction withexpresses not satisfied for either of these two areasthose items. As for the availability of books, half of the respondentshalf of users’ respondents are very satisfied, while 40% were fairly satisfied and 10% were notwhile 40% are fairly satisfied and 10% are not satisfied. By comparison, the percentages of users dissatisfiedpercentages dissatisfied with the availability of journals and the reliability of Wi-Fiwi-fi are higher, at 20% and 19%, respectively.
