Overall, full-time students accountaccounts for the majority of library users, whereas approximately a third of usersa third users are staff and distance learnersother learning type students. Moreover, the vast majority of respondents were satisfied with the library’s services, while only a small proportion were dissatisfied with some of its services.
It can be seen from the pie chart that the library is used by five groupsis used for 5 groups of people. Specifically, full-time undergraduatesundergraduate make up the largest proportion of users, at 44%, andusers, at 44% and the second group of users is full-time postgraduates, at 25%full-time postgraduate at 25%. In addition, part-time postgraduatespostgraduate make up 16% of the totalof total, which is double the figure for distance learning (all courses). Finally, academic staffFinally academic staff represent the smallest group, accounting for just 7%.
The table showsshow that 65% of users are very satisfied withfor the library opening hours, compared with 95% forfo helpfulness of staff. Furthermore, nobody express not satisfied for those item. As for the availability of books, half of theusers respondents are very satisfied, while 40% are fairly satisfied and 10% are not satisfied. By comparison, the percentages dissatisfied with the availability of journals and the reliability of Wi-Fiwi-fi are higher, at 20% and 19%, respectively.
