From my perspective, I disagree with this opinion, because an unrestricted free water supply will give rise to a water shortagegive rise to water shortage and environmental pollution. If people can gainget access to clean water without any cost, they will gradually take it for granted, leading to excessive water consumptionthe excessive water consumption.
