Currently, some people claim that humanshuman have a basic right which is getting clean water, thus every home should be provided withbe provide free water. I disagree with this measuredisagree this measure as I believe that the providing free water for everyone may lead to several problemsgovernments or society provide free water for everyone may lead to several problem, includingincluding of wasting water and increasing governments' economic stressimproving governments’ economic stress.

2

The first reason why I disagree with this policydisagree this behaviour is that it may result in wasting water. This is because, if providing free water for every home, many people will be less mindful of water conservationreduce focus on water. For example, many people may shower more frequently than necessaryincrease unnecessary shower times and take more time to shower. This behaviour can lead to unnecessary waste. As a result, supporting by free water for everyone increase social unnecessary demand forof water and may result in the shortage of water in industry.

3

Another cause is that this measure can lead to government economic pressure growth. If governmentsgovernment want to provide free water to everyone, they will need to increase investing in many items such as water pipestubes, factories and staff. Then, those investments may lead to the government need to reduce assistance to other basic public servicesservice such as education, public transportation and healthcaremedicine. Thus, this measure may lead to residents have to pay more money for other basic servicespay more money in other basic service and facilities.

4

In conclusion, I disagree that every home should be supported withbeen support by water which is free since this plan also hashave many negative effects. For instance, it can result in wasting water and increasing governments’ economic stress. Therefore, I oppose this idea.

Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.0

The response clearly states a position against free water provision and presents relevant arguments concerning resource waste and economic pressure. However, persistent grammatical errors in sentence structure, verb forms, and passive voice detract from the overall clarity. To achieve a higher score, focus on improving grammatical accuracy in complex structures and refining word choices to express ideas more precisely.
