Undoubtedly, overthrough the last few years, there has been revolutionary progressthere is a revolutionary progress in technology while the use of computers is becoming increasingly widespreadgetting more and more spread. the internet playsgets an important role in everyday life by making communication easiereasing the communication between people and countries. As a result, news spreads rapidlythe news spread rapidly throughout the world overcoming geographical distancedefeating the borders of distance. For instance, an aeroplane crashedan airplane crushed in Asia becomes known to people within minutesis getting known in minutes from people all over the world. Getting information from the internet is not only fast but cost effective as well. On most websitesFor more internet sites it is not necessary to get a subscription to be able to use their services, but even if one is requiredeven if it required the alternatives are countless.

On the other hand, books have existed for hundreds of yearsbooks exist for hundreds of years and in my opinion, they are not going to be completely replaced anytime soon. Although the information delivered by them could be anachronistic, there is a degree of editorial verificationa certain validation of their content which couldn't be guaranteed by internet sites. Books such as encyclopaedias areBooks like encyclopaedia are comprehensive and accessible anytime. Moreover, the cost of a book is generally lower than thatthis of a computer, so it's ideal for less privileged people. For thousands of years, books and written words were the main source of knowledge and they will remain important for centuriesit will continue next few hundred years.

To conclude, from my point of view both technology and traditional books are required for getting full information. Books are more suitable for the fundamental knowledge and the internet for the latest informationinternet for the most recent one. Although computers and the internet are getting more and more popular, books are going to keep expanding our knowledge for years to come.

Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.0

The essay presents a clear view that digital sources and books will coexist, and it organises benefits and limitations into a recognisable discussion. Development is fairly general, however, and frequent collocation, agreement and tense errors make the argument sound less precise; the highest-priority improvement is to build each reason through a clear claim-and-example chain while proofreading verb forms and natural academic word combinations.
